Terms Used In California Food and Agricultural Code 29145
- certificate: means the certification by a commissioner, or an inspector of the condition of any apiary which is to be transported to another state or country. See California Food and Agricultural Code 29140
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association, corporation, limited liability company, or any organized group of persons whether incorporated or not. See California Food and Agricultural Code 38
