The authority shall prepare a feasible method or plan for relocation of all of the following:
(a) Families and persons to be temporarily or permanently displaced from housing facilities in the plan area.
Terms Used In California Government Code 62115
- Authority: means the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority created pursuant to this division. See California Government Code 62000
- Plan: means a community revitalization and investment plan and shall be deemed to be the plan described in §. See California Government Code 62000
- Plan area: means territory included within a community revitalization and investment area. See California Government Code 62000
(b) Nonprofit local community institutions to be temporarily or permanently displaced from facilities actually used for institutional purposes in the project area.
(c) The relocation plan required by this section shall comply with the relocation plan and assistance requirements of Chapter 16 (commencing with Section 7260) of Division 7 of Title 1.
