The Council shall prepare and publish guidelines and requirements for the maintenance of professional competency to further Council’s charge to safeguard life, health and property, and to promote the public welfare. All active members shall be required to comply with and satisfy all continuing professional competency guidelines and requirements approved by Council.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 24 Sec. 2831
- Continuing professional competency: shall mean and refer to compliance with or satisfaction of a published set of guidelines and requirements for the maintenance of professional competency in the practice of engineering. See Delaware Code Title 24 Sec. 2803
- Council: shall mean the Council of the Association. See Delaware Code Title 24 Sec. 2803
