Terms Used In Florida Statutes 601.08
- Commission: means the Florida Citrus Commission as head of the department. See Florida Statutes 601.03
- Department: means the Department of Citrus. See Florida Statutes 601.03
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Copies of the proceedings, records, and acts of the commission and certificates purporting to relate the facts concerning such proceedings, records, and acts signed by the chair of the commission and authenticated by the department‘s seal shall be prima facie evidence thereof in all the courts of the state.
