- insured: as used in this part , shall not be construed as preventing a person other than the insured with a proper insurable interest from making application for and owning a policy covering the insured or from being entitled under such a policy to any indemnities, benefits, and rights provided therein. A health insurance policy that provides major medical coverage and that is delivered, issued, or renewed in this state on or after January 1, 2021, may not require an insured to receive services from an advanced practice registered nurse registered under s. 464.0123 in place of a physician.
