Terms Used In Florida Statutes 713.26

  • Real property: means the land that is improved and the improvements thereon, including fixtures, except any such property owned by the state or any county, municipality, school board, or governmental agency, commission, or political subdivision. See Florida Statutes 713.01
The right of redemption upon all sales under this part shall exist in favor of the person whose interest is sold and may be exercised in the same manner as is or may be provided for redemption of real property from sales under mortgages.
