(a) coordinate and oversee any and all efforts by the government of Guam concerning senior citizens housing;

(b) develop a senior citizens housing profile through assembling and analyzing the most recent senior citizen population and housing data available;

(c) identify the current and future needs for senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities;

(d) assess federal resources available through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development;

(e) set public policy goals and objectives to meet the needs of senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities; and

(f) develop senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities development strategies and action plans.
