Terms Used In 18 Guam Code Ann. § 35204

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
A lien may be created by contract, to take immediate effect, as security for the performance of obligations not then in existence.
