Terms Used In 19 Guam Code Ann. § 8203

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Dissolution of marriage may be granted for any of the following causes:

(a) Adultery.

(b) Extreme cruelty. (c) Willful desertion. (d) Willful neglect.
(e) Habitual intemperance. (f) Conviction of Felony.
(g) Irreconcilable differences.
