- Director: means the director of commerce and consumer affairs. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 436H-2
The director may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91, including rules to establish fees or fines as may be necessary, to effectuate the purpose and to enforce the requirements of this chapter.
