Indiana Code 12-7-2-186. “State plan”

Sec. 186. “State plan”, for purposes of:

(1) IC 12-8-6.5, refers to the state Medicaid plan for the Medicaid program; and

(2) IC 12-12-8, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-12-8-3.8.
