- student: refers to a student who meets the following conditions:

- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
Sec. 8. Any secondary level certificates of achievement that a student earns shall be recorded in the student’s official high school transcript.
