Sec. 0.3. A judgment for annulment of marriage that was:
(2) granted because of fraud on the part of a party to the marriage; and
(1) entered before February 27, 1937;

- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(3) granted in a case in which the defendant received service by publication;
is legalized.
