Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-1-12.5-5.3
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- guaranteed savings contract: refers to a contract entered into under this chapter, in which a qualified provider enters into an agreement with the governing body to:

- qualified provider: means the following:
Indiana Code 36-1-12.5-3
(1) with a value of more than one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000); and
(2) for the performance of any part of a guaranteed energy savings contract or guaranteed savings contract;
only if the subcontractor is certified under IC 4-13.6-4.
