- Population: has the meaning set forth in Ind. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the two (2) cities having the largest populations in a county having a population of more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) and less than three hundred thousand (300,000).
