Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-10-12-3

  • incorporated town: means an incorporated town located in a county containing a consolidated city. See Indiana Code 36-10-12-3
   Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “incorporated town” means an incorporated town located in a county containing a consolidated city.
