Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “rehabilitation loan” refers to a rehabilitation loan (as defined in 24 C.F.R. § 203.50(a)(1)) that is eligible for insurance under Section 203(k) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. § 1709(4k)).
