Indiana Code 36-7.6-1-11. “Eligible political subdivision”

Sec. 11. “Eligible political subdivision” means any of the following:

(1) A county.

(2) A municipality.

(3) An airport authority.

(4) A commuter transportation district.

(5) A regional transportation authority.
