§ 12-24-8-1	Sheriff to take charge of and return escaped individual
§ 12-24-8-2	Expense; charge against committing county
§ 12-24-8-3	Receipt for individual delivered; sheriff’s expense account; payment
§ 12-24-8-4	Transfer of returned individual

Sheriff: means the sheriff of the county or another person authorized to perform sheriff's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
