Terms Used In Iowa Code 234.14
- Administrator: means the administrator of the division. See Iowa Code 234.1
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1
- state division: means that division of the department of human services to which the director has assigned responsibility for income and service programs. See Iowa Code 234.1
The state treasurer is hereby authorized to receive such federal funds as may be made available for carrying out any of the activities and functions of the state division, and all such funds are hereby appropriated for expenditure upon authorization of the administrator.
