1. Boards of directors of community colleges may pay, out of funds available to them, reasonable annual dues to an Iowa association of school boards.
Terms Used In Iowa Code 260C.37
- School: means an agency of the state or political subdivision of the state, individual, partnership, company, firm, society, trust, association, corporation, or any combination which meets any of the following criteria:a. See Iowa Code 261B.22. Membership in such an Iowa association of school boards shall be limited to those duly elected members of boards of directors of community colleges.
