Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-4618
- Board: means a hospital board which is selected in accordance with the provisions of this act and which is vested with the management and control of a county hospital;
(b) "commission" means the board of county commissioners of any county;
(c) "hospital" means a medical care facility as defined in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 19-4601
Revenue bonds issued under authority of this act shall not be an indebtedness of the county or the hospital or of the commission or the individual members of the commission, or the board or the individual members of the board, and shall not constitute an indebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
