Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-428

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Licensing agency: means the department of health and environment. See Kansas Statutes 65-425

An application for a license shall be made to the licensing agency upon forms provided by it and shall contain such information as the licensing agency may reasonably require, which may include affirmative evidence of ability to comply with such reasonable standards and rules and regulations as are lawfully adopted hereunder.
