- Board: means the state board of healing arts. See Kansas Statutes 65-6902
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The board may contract with investigative agencies, commissions or consultants to assist the board in obtaining information about courses of study and clinical experience to be approved by the board under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-6907 and amendments thereto.
