Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-1261
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Secretary: means the secretary of administration. See Kansas Statutes 75-1226
If a contract to provide construction administration services as described in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-1260, and amendments thereto, is not entered into, such construction administration services shall be the responsibility of the secretary of administration or the agency architect, engineer or land surveyor for the project as provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-1254, and amendments thereto.
