The director of accounts and reports shall require the submission of financial reports and statements by state agencies in such form and at such times as may be deemed necessary for the proper administration of this act and shall receive all financial reports, statements or exhibits from state agencies and county officials and perform certain duties required under statutes enumerated in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-3753.
