Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 80-2527
- Board: means a hospital board which is selected in accordance with the provisions of this act and which is vested with the management and control of an existing hospital or a hospital established under the provisions of this act;
(b) "hospital" means a medical care facility as defined in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 80-2501
Revenue bonds issued under authority of this act shall not be an indebtedness of the taxing district of the hospital or the hospital or of the board or the individual members of the board, and shall not constitute an indebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
