Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 80-2533
- Board: means a hospital board which is selected in accordance with the provisions of this act and which is vested with the management and control of an existing hospital or a hospital established under the provisions of this act;
(b) "hospital" means a medical care facility as defined in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 80-2501
If the board and the owner of any real property desired by the board for hospital purposes cannot agree as to the price to be paid therefor, the board may institute condemnation proceedings in the manner prescribed by article 5 of chapter 26 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof or supplemental thereto.
