Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 4808
- Bonds: means any bonds, notes, interim certificates, debentures or other obligations issued by an authority under this chapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 4702
Bonds issued under this subchapter must be rated at or before issuance of the bonds in a rating category of A or its equivalent or better by a nationally recognized rating agency.
