Terms Used In Maryland Code, EDUCATION 7-802

state: means :

(1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

(2) the District of Columbia. See

If an individual meets all other requirements established by the State Board, he may not be prohibited from operating a school bus solely because of his age.
