(1) School taxes shall be assessed, levied, and collected in the manner provided in Act No. 206 of the Public Acts of 1893, as amended, being section 211.1 to 211.157 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
(2) Budgets shall be submitted and school districts shall be governed by Act No. 62 of the Public Acts of 1933, as amended.
