Minnesota Statutes 325E.25 – Violations

Any person violating the provisions of sections 325E.23 to 325E.25 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Under the Minnesota Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $1,000
