20-4-114. Penalty for failure to report. The failure of a school trustee to report as required in 20-4-110 constitutes official misconduct within the meaning of 2-16-603.

- school: means an institution for the teaching of children that is established and maintained under the laws of the state of Montana at public expense. See Montana Code 20-6-501
