The district attorney of each county shall prosecute any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of the regulations of the State Board of Health or the local board of health adopted pursuant to this chapter.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
