- governor and council: shall mean the governor with the advice and consent of the council. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:31-a
The council shall make biennial reports to the governor and council. The council’s strategic plan and biennial report under this section shall address the activities related to the save our granite stages fund created under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 19-A:15.
