School district meetings, including the first session of meetings in school districts which have adopted official ballot voting procedures under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 40:13 and 14, may be held at such suitable places, which have 2-way visual and audio closed circuit capacity, as in the opinion of the officers calling the meeting will best accommodate the voters.
