  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
Upon breach of the condition of a bond, mortgage or other security, as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 434:52 or failure to comply with the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 434:41 relative to furnishing satisfactory evidence of payments for purchases of milk or cream, the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food may suspend the license of such licensee for such time as he may deem necessary.
