Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 546-B:48
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
A tribunal of this state may enforce a child support order of another state registered for purposes of modification, in the same manner as if the order had been issued by a tribunal of this state, but the registered order may be modified only if the requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 546-B:49 or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 546-B:51 have been met.
