Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 40:55D-135
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
6. State agencies shall, within 30 days after the effective date of this act, place a notice in the New Jersey Register extending all approvals in conformance with this act.
