Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 5:8-128
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
For the purpose of complying with the provisions of the State Constitution this supplemental act shall be submitted to the people for their approval or rejection at the next general election.
