Infrastructure development zones and the provisions of the Infrastructure Development Zone Act are exempt from the provisions of the Community Service District Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 4-54-1 to 4-54-5 and the Special District Procedures Act [4-53- 1 to 4-53-11 N.M. Stat. Ann.].
