§ 899-g. Registration and renewal fees. An application for registration or renewal of registration shall be accompanied by a fee in the following amount:

- Registration: means registration as an athlete agent pursuant to this article. See N.Y. General Business Law 899-A
1. three hundred dollars for an initial application for registration; or
2. one hundred fifty dollars for an application for renewal of registration.
