The conduct of teachers, the kind of reports they shall make, and their duties in the care of school property are subject to the rules and regulations of the local board, as provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 115C-47(18). (1981, c. 423, s. 1.)
Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 115C-308
- board: means a city board of education, county board of education, or a city-county board of education. See North Carolina General Statutes 115C-5
