Upon the permanent receiver giving bond as required by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 28C-16 and its approval by the judge, the judge shall order the temporary receiver to transfer and deliver to the permanent receiver custody and control of the absentee’s property, and the permanent receiver shall file with the court an inventory of the property received by him. A copy of this order as it affects any real property? shall be issued by the judge and delivered to the permanent receiver who shall cause the same to be recorded in the office of the register? of deeds of each county wherein such real property is situated.
