1.    The state board of higher education shall adopt a strategic planning process and develop a strategic plan to define and prioritize university system goals and objectives.

Terms Used In North Dakota Code 15-10-14.2

  • Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto).
  • Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49

The board shall provide an annual performance and accountability report regarding    performance and progress toward the goals outlined in the university system’s strategic plan and accountability measures.

2.    The state board of higher education shall report to the legislative assembly during each regular legislative session regarding the status of higher education in this state.
