Ohio Code 3324.09 – Publication of expenditures
(A) For fiscal years 2022 and 2023, not later than the thirtieth day of October, the department of education shall publish on its web site the funds received for the previous fiscal year by each school district under division (A)(6) of section 3317.022 of the Revised Code for the identification of and services provided to the district’s gifted students and each district’s expenditures of those funds.

- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
(B) For fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter, not later than the thirtieth day of October, the department shall publish on its web site each school district’s expenditures for the previous fiscal year of funds received under division (A)(6) of section 3317.022 of the Revised Code for the identification of and services provided to the district’s gifted students.
