Any school district, education service district, institution of higher education, county, municipality or private organization may contract with a community college district to provide services of an educational nature that are subject to the approval of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 341.315

  • Community college district: includes a community college service district. See Oregon Statutes 341.005
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • district: means a district formed under this chapter to operate one or more community colleges or to secure educational services available at a community college. See Oregon Statutes 341.005
