It is the purpose of ORS § 414.150 to 414.153 to take advantage of opportunities to:

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
(1) Enhance the state and local public health partnership;
(2) Improve the access to care and health status of women and children; and
(3) Strengthen public health programs and services at the local level. [1991 c.337 § 1; 2015 c.736 § 58]
414.150 to 414.153 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 414 by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
