The moneys received under ORS § 622.050 shall be paid into the State Treasury and placed to the credit of the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. Such moneys hereby are appropriated continuously and shall be used only for the administration and enforcement of ORS § 622.010 to 622.180. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 622.090

  • Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Oregon Statutes 622.010
  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
