Oregon Statutes 646A.450 – Rules; investigative powers of department

(1) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules to implement and enforce ORS § 646A.430 to 646A.450.

(2) The director may investigate warrantors or other persons as reasonably necessary to enforce ORS § 646A.430 to 646A.450 and to protect consumers in this state. [2007 c.685 § 11]
